One platform. One clear overview.

SentraCare brings signals from different sensors and systems together. The platform does not have to see everything to know what is happening. It receives only the information that is needed.

Sensitive information stays where it belongs as much as possible, and the caregiver only gets the information that matters.

Existing technology can stay. SentraCare brings it together.

Only the information that is needed

A camera or sensor can see and measure a lot. For good care it is usually not necessary to send all of that on.

A smart camera, for example, can recognise locally that someone got out of bed or has fallen. SentraCare then receives only that signal.

No images when they are not needed. Yes to the information that helps give good care.

The connection between the sensor and SentraCare runs through a secure gateway. Other sensors can send their information that way too.

The software is fully hosted. End users and integrators can also connect new sensors and hardware themselves in several ways, including an edge API. SentraCare then grows with the care organisation, without their own servers or extra IT infrastructure.

The image stays where it belongs

A camera in a care setting touches the privacy of residents and clients. That is why the image does not have to go to SentraCare.

Only the necessary signal is forwarded, for example: 'out of bed' or 'fall'.

A live view is only available when it is actually needed for care.

Technology can then help without images of clients being watched or stored all the time.

The same signal. A different meaning.

A signal does not always say what should happen.

A client who gets out of bed at night may simply be going to the toilet. For another client that can mean they need help.

That is why SentraCare does not only look at the signal, but also at the client's situation.

  • What is normal?
  • What has been agreed?
  • When is help needed?

The client is at the centre. The technology follows.

From organisation to client

SentraCare follows how care is organised.

Organisation

SentraCare records the general agreements of the care organisation.

Location

SentraCare looks at the agreements that fit the ward, house or group.

Person

Client

For each client it is recorded what is normal and when attention is needed.

From signal to action

A signal only becomes an alert when that is needed.

A sensor gives a signal. SentraCare then looks at the situation and the agreed arrangements.

Some situations need action now. Others can wait a little.

If an alert needs to be sent, the platform looks at who should receive it. That can be someone else during the day than at night.

That way an alert reaches the right person.

From collect to assign: signals, agreements, decide and availability in one overview.

Existing technology can stay

Care organisations often work with different sensors and systems. Bed detection, wandering detection, nurse calls and other aids.

SentraCare brings that information together in one overview.

A caregiver then does not have to keep switching between systems. Different technologies can work together, while the caregiver sees what matters.

Do not replace what already works. Do make it work together better.

Handling sensitive information safely

SentraCare is designed with privacy and security as important starting points.

The less sensitive information leaves the room, the better. The platform only forwards the necessary signal.

Data is stored in the Netherlands and connections are secured. Each care organisation only has access to its own data. Read more in our privacy policy.

Everything you need, in one place

SentraCare works with a clear app for caregivers. You see the status of clients, receive care questions and see which colleagues are available. You can pick up a care question in the app and sign it off again. The app is available for Android and iPhone.

We support SSO (single sign-on) for Microsoft Entra and Google. For larger organisations this means staff do not need a separate username and password for SentraCare.

One platform for the whole organisation

SentraCare brings different technologies together and gives meaning to signals based on each client's situation.

Existing sensors can stay. Sensitive images do not have to be forwarded without need. And caregivers get a clear overview of what needs attention.

Less noise. More overview. More attention for care.
